At Morello Digital don’t go quite that far, but we do have relatively relaxed working practices with people working from home, coming in a bit later or other such things. I think a relaxed environment makes for a more productive environment – no doubt they will all be in here soon asking for tomorrow off! It also helps the environment of course so a good thing all round really.
