The main trouble with the ico site is that it stores a cookie if you&#039;ve opted in to allowing cookies, but if you don&#039;t opt in you&#039;re forever shown the &#039;please opt in message&#039;. Not ideal at all.</description>

Customers want to engage with employees within the company. Social Media is all about engagement - conversation between humans - not customers or prospects and an organisation. So you have to get everyone from the top down on board!</description>
